A lively stay above a pub
The room was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable haven for me and my family. The helpfulness of the staff really added to our experience and made us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, the noise from the karaoke bar below kept us awake late into the night, which is definitely something to consider for those with young children. we were disappointed to find no breakfast available.

well, the staff were sweet but the locals were totally unfriendly, which is so unhelpful! the room was also dilapidated, with torn net curtains, can you believe it? i expected a complimentary gift for such inconveniences but of course, i was treated like everyone else. almost thought I would give a good review, but just couldn’t.

The culinary scene nearby is a gem, with Dino's Takeaway just a hop away for a munch after a night out. Plus, the Large Double Room had a classy vibe—massive, clean, and comfy! Oh, and I parked easily right out front, which is a result in Blackpool!
We had a bit of a kerfuffle with the keys—ended up locked out late one night! Plus, the band below made our room vibrate till late.

the staff were super nice and really welcoming, like they actually care about ur stay. our room was cozy and clean, and we got all the towels we needed without askin. location is chill too, quiet enough for a good sleep, but close to everything. totally loved that we found easy street parking right outside. it was great value for money, way better than the last place we stayed at.

The Large Double Room was spacious and boasted a large bathroom with a shower. The layout included three beds and a table with chairs, offering good space for families looking to kick back after a day out.
The noise from the karaoke bar below was quite disruptive, especially on weekends. it kept going until the early hours, which might not suit families or those needing a quiet night. there's no on-site parking—just a beer garden where the car park used to be, and you might have to deal with a bit of street congestion. We were also disappointed to find the food service had stopped earlier than expected, leaving us without on-site dining options despite the area being lined with eateries.

The room featured two spacious double beds, perfect for families, and was clean with fresh linen. Staff members were welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. no on-site parking was available as advertised, and the noise from the karaoke bar directly below was disruptive, especially on weekends, making it hard to sleep. Dining options were limited late at night, but a nearby convenience store offered some alternatives.

Just a strong match for an overnight stop in Blackpool with value for price. The team was super friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. Check the opening hours for food, as they can vary greatly on busy weekends.

Amazing staff and spacious rooms!
We had a blast! The staff were super friendly and really went the extra mile for us. Our room was huge, very clean, and comfy! The bar area looked inviting, perfect for grabbing a drink after a long day. Only thing was the noise from the bar below could get a bit loud at times.
